A Year in Review

In retrospect, 2018 was an amazing year for recipe sharing and food blogging. Social media makes sharing so easy, interactive and so much fun!Follow Me on Instagram! | runawayrice.com

In 2018, the RunAwayRice blog shared 53 new posts from recipes and product reviews to cooking tips and travel logs. I get this question a lot and it always makes me smile “How many people work at RunAwayRice?” The answer is: me, myself and I 🙂 RunAwayRice has been my passion project since its inception in 2012. I create all the content, including recipe development, filming and editing videos, photography and blogging. Honestly, it takes a lot of work and dedication to maintain a cooking blog. Some days it’s difficult to keep up, but I try my best and I really have fun with it! Thank you dear readers for your continuous support, kind and encouraging words. I truly appreciate the love you’ve shown me over the years and feel so blessed to have this space to connect with you!

Happy New Year chi Trang and wishing you many successful years blogging ahead. We continue to learn your tricks/ tips in the kitchen and dare we say, most of the recipes we’ve tried from your blogs have turned out succesfully! To maintain a blog with such consistency takes effort, dedication and commitment! Thank you very much for that chi Trang! Without much ado, to show our appreciation, we’ve been sharing your website with friends and soon to be friends. Even people who approach me at the market wondering what to do about certain ingredient, I’d give them your website! We have converted a few die hard ‘ I hate cooking’ gals into a ‘I’ve tried chi Trang’s recipe and it’s not too bad’ gals!

Keep on blogging chi Trang! You have a whole bunch of die hard followers!

Happy New Year Anh! Thank you for your sweet and kind words. I really appreciate you sharing my blog with your friends and acquaintances. I love that you chat with people in the grocery store to lend a helping hand. I do this too LOL. Making home-cooked meals for our families and friends are labors of love. But at the end of the day, when our loved ones feel cherished and nourished, it makes it all worthwhile. My wish is for everyone trying my recipes to be successful and to know that I am here to help you should you have any questions. Much love and thank you for your support em! 🙂
